The Stovall House, built in 1837 as
a residence and restored by Ham Schwartz in 1983
as an Inn, is located on 26 acres in the historic
Sautee Valley with views of the mountains in all
directions. The five guest rooms have the following
bed arrangements: of the four rooms upstairs one
has one double bed, another a queen-size bed, and
these rooms share the Sleeping Porch (an enclosed
porch with three large windows and a daybed with
trundle bed) as a sitting room; the other two rooms
have king-size beds; the room downstairs, an original
bedroom of the house, has one double bed. Each room
has a private bath and is furnished with antiques.
The house has central heat and air, with each room
having its own thermostat.
